Cancelling order
We are only able to cancel orders within 48 hours of receiving your order after this time we are unable to cancel your order, This is because we have already started the colour process.

Custom Blends
We recommend you buying one of our colour rings or requesting a colour match via our Instagram page, Facebook page or email Sales@hairenvyboutqiue.com.
Once you have agreed to our colour match again we are unable to provide you with a refund however we do accept an exchange on this service unless the error is our fault and the colours does not match our colour ring .

Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your product or you feel it is not as described, you can return your item (at your own cost) within 14 days unopened and as new.

Please email sales@hairenvyboutique.com to advise us of the return, again with explanation for the return, please also include your order number.
Before returning or exchanging, please make sure the hair is new and with all the ties still in place and not damaged. Please do not remove the ties and attempt to replace them as this will make the extensions void and will not be refunded. In the case of us sending you the wrong item, or them being faulty on delivery, please return the product to us for a refund of the product or exchange
RETURNS: FAULTY GOODS
If your hair extensions appear faulty due to quality issues, the fault must be reported to sales@hairenvyboutique.com within a maximum of 30 days from the delivery date. This is due to human hair being a consumable item during wear.
Your purchase must be returned with a full explanation of the issue. Any goods received without this will not be processed until the letter is received. Failure to provide the correct information within 60 days will result in goods being destroyed and refund or exchange being voided. Once we have investigated the issue a replacement will be processed. Please note this can take up to 20 days just as it would with your original order.
Any item returned will be covered at your own cost,
Replacements given for faulty hair extensions will be sent like for like and will only be given to the equivalent or value of the hair received by us.

All our products are made to order, all orders are custom coloured all by hand. Orders can take
up to 10-25 days For this product. once completed orders are sent next day delivery. Please note
delivery delays are out of our control and so in the event of a delivery delay we are unable to
compensate you for this delay. We do however recommend that when ordering to please allow
up to 4 weeks for the items to arrive to avoid any disappointment.

International Deliveries
